Back in 2021, all five members of Wizardthrone infiltrated a "No Barcode Black Metal" facebook group, and each of us spent no more than 15 minutes recording, creating artwork, and releasing our own underground black metal songs, pretending they were some random bands we stumbled upon. For this track I recorded an improvised drum part, then played an out-of-tune guitar over top, and actually had to detune the synths to match the non-tuning of the guitar. I can't remember the actual translation of the band name but the song title is Icelandic for "You will never scan," and I believe I was reading the wikipedia page on "barcode" for the lyrics. Back-dated to 2005 for authenticity.
